Sujith Aprem

Sujith Aprem is a registered massage therapist and graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, in good standing with the CMTO. He is passionate about helping others achieve optimal wellness through personalized care and a deep understanding of the human body.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy earned in 2001, Sujith brings over 11 years of clinical experience from India, where he worked in musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and neurorehabilitation settings. His strong assessment skills and precise treatment planning consistently deliver results.
For the past 8 years, Sujith has served as a recreational staff member at Extendicare, supporting seniors’ physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual well-being. Prior to that, he spent 4 years as a physiotherapy assistant in convalescent care.
Sujith’s treatments blend Swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilization. His compassionate approach and technical expertise help relieve pain, restore function, and promote long-term health through targeted exercises and stretching.
