Physiotherapist

Rupinder Sharma

Rupinder is a compassionate Resident Physiotherapist with a global perspective and a deep passion for movement. After earning her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy in India in 2018, she spent four years in private practice, honing her clinical skills and gaining insight into the emotional and physical aspects of rehabilitation.

In 2023, she moved to Canada and completed a post-graduate program in Healthcare Administration at St. Lawrence College, enhancing her understanding of the Canadian healthcare system and patient advocacy.

Rupinder’s approach blends hands-on therapy, functional movement training, and personalized care. She believes movement is a powerful tool for healing—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and tailors each treatment to the individual’s goals.

What sets her apart is her genuine connection with people and her commitment to helping patients not just recover, but thrive. Outside the clinic, she enjoys yoga, long walks, and staying current with evidence-based practices.

Her mission: to restore confidence in movement, reduce pain, and help every patient feel at home in their body.
