Minesh Kapadia
Minesh is a Physiotherapy Resident who brings both clinical skill and heartfelt care to every patient interaction. Their approach is rooted in the belief that healing is not just about treating symptoms—it’s about understanding the whole person, their story, and their goals.
Clinically, Minesh has a special interest in musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, sports rehabilitation and patient education. Their teaching background—covering high school-level Math, Physics, and Chemistry—enables them to break down complex rehab concepts into simple, actionable steps. They work collaboratively with patients to create clear, personalized treatment plans that restore movement, function, and confidence.
Outside of the clinic, Minesh continues to teach and serve in support care roles, plays Piano and Harmonium. They believe that just as movement heals the body, rest restores the heart—and they strive to bring that balance into their clinical practice every day.
