Rehab-Inspired Lower Body Training

What is a Lower Fundamental Class?

The Lower Fundamental Class is a 45-minute, rehab-inspired program designed to restore and strengthen the lower body. Focusing on the feet, knees, and hips, this class blends targeted mobility, functional strengthening, core activation, and a touch of cardio for a complete lower body reset.

Led by Dr Ryan Lisowski, D.C., this class offers two progressive group formats so you can join at the level the best suits your current needs:

Group A – Foundations

Perfect for those recovering from injury or starting to rebuild strength. This group focuses on safe, controlled movements to restore function and gradually develop confidence in lower body movement.

Group B – Performance

Designed for those who are pain-free and ready to take their training to the next level. This group emphasizes strength, stability, and conditioning to build resilience for weekend sports, recreational activities, or simply staying active without setbacks.
